On the 24th of July our Drew's turned 11 years old! I can't believe he is already this old. I can't believe where the time has gone. We were remembering when Drew was born. Everyone was at the hospital waiting for his arrival. After he came into the world, one of the nurses asked the other nurse if they were at the Anderson-Hill fiaskel. There were so many people there!! We love you tons Drew, and proud that your such a BIG PART OF OUR FAMILY!!!We Love You!! I wanted to give you your "Mommy" kisses, but we were out of town in Detroit while, Drew was having fun playing ball with his baseball teams! We love you tons Drew!

Drew makes the team!

Ya, so our Drew is officially part of an accelerated team in Cedar City! We took him down yesterday, cause the coach wanted to see him practice with his team and see what he could really do! So we loaded up the expedition, Daren, myself, Ty, Tazj, Grandpa Johnny and Grandma Sherrie and headed on down. We had so much fun just being together, enjoying the ball fields and being out in the sun.
Drew did AMAZING! He really showed them his stuff. They practiced for 2 hours on different kinds of skills and fundamentals. He was just having a BALL! He also made some really nice boys on the team that made him feel very welcome. As we were sitting there, one of the parents asked my mom if she was the "MOM or the GRANDMA". That comment right there made her whole trip, I tell ya!! Of course she said she was the Grandma and that she loves ball games and if he made the team, that she will be to everyone of the ball games!
Another part of the day I really enjoyed, is that Ty was able to have some great one-on-one time with his dad and his Grandpa Johnny! Those three just played ball with each other and practiced with Ty those 2 hours. Ty was just so excited, and he is doing so well!
And of course Tazj was just in heaven with his "boots and hat" and running around all over the fields.
When practice was finished, the coach said he would call Daren or email him. Well, we didn't even get out of Cedar City before he had called. "YES, we could really use him" is what the coach told Daren.
YEAH FOR DREW!! He has been really wanting to play baseball year around, and constantly asks us if we had heard from anyone! He really does have a talent in this sport! He will be playing in at least one tournament each month throughout the year. He also will be practicing twice a week in Cedar City! I guess we will make this town a second home!
Great Job DREW!! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see you play ball all year long!!

Happy Birthday AVERY!!!

On May 14th, our Ave turns 7 years old! I can't believe he is already this old. It just seems like yesterday when I went to my Grandma Glade's, and sitting there was Jared, Heather and little Avery. He was just a smiling at EVERYONE! He was so flippin' cute with the black curly hair and the biggest grin I had ever seen. One of the special things about Avery is, he never has lost that Big SMILE. He is always so happy and ready to play with anyone.

Ty Baptism

Our Ty got baptised this past Saturday. It was held at the Gunnison Stake Center at 10:00am. He had many people come and share this special day with him from grandparents, to cousins, to friends. We just want to tell Ty how special he is to our Anderson Family and how much we LOVE him.

This past Thursday, May 7th our SPECIAL MOTHER turned !@!@ years old! My dad took her to Kerns High School to watch our baseball team in state. It didn't turn out very well for the team, but our mom couln't be ANY happier than to spend her day with her boys and watching baseball. She REALLY DOES LOVE IT!
My dad took her to Ruby Tuesday on the way home from the game, and when she got home there was many presents sitting on her table from numerous family members and friends.

Today, our Michelle turns 22 years old! Rhett took her to Provo shopping and they just spend the day together. He even took her to Red Lobster, which is her favorite place to eat. Her parents Jim and Laurel met them there to share in this big birthday celebration. On Monday, us Anderson's are taking her out to dinner to celebrate. She will be ALL DONE WITH HER FINALS!

Baby Demi's Baby Blessing

This past weekend, Jared and Heather blessed our baby Demi in, Heather's mom and dad's ward. Not only did they name baby Demi but Heather's brother Brady and his wife Jill named their new daughter Hannah also.
Jared named our little angel, Demi Mae Anderson. She was blessed in her big sister Elle's blessing dress. Demi looked so Beautiful. She did so great up there while Jared gave her a very special blessing.
After the blessing, we all headed out to the Middle school for a luncheon. They served BBQ'ed chicken, (Daren's favorite food) funeral potato's, and many salads. It tasted so GOOD! Good job all of you who helped make the food!
All the grand kids were able to spend some time together playing with each other. And sweet little Demi was very much kissed and held by all! She had many aunts,uncles, cousins, & friends to help share this very exciting day with her and her family.

Happy Easter Everyone!

We just got done having our annual Easter Party at Grandpa & Grandma Anderson's House. We had such a Great Time, even though it was very short and Cheryl and the kids couldn't come. (We sure missed you guys, NEXT YEAR for sure!) We ate some really good ham and chicken for our lunch, and Grandma Sherrie made you DELICIOUS Baked Beans. Grandma Glade brought her famous potato salad, I brought a summer salad and Heather brought her famous chocolate sheet cake. It was SO GOOD!!! We all decided the first spring lunch, has to be the VERY Best!! After eating, the Easter Bunny had stopped off and gave the kids an Easter Egg Hunt! It was so fun.
